.when I set up my first blog I knew nothing about it and had to learn as I went along. I went to google and started blogging about my losing weight on a mad diet. It was nothing too elaborate – just a simple blogger.com blog that cost me nothing to set up. People read blogs all the time and I was getting some good traffic so I decided to earn some money from my blog.

Work from home blogs are nothing new but to me it was very exciting to see all these people reading my blog. It also kept me strictly to my diet as I was being followed by my online readers. One day while I was posting to my blog there was a message on the dashboard from those nice people at google suggesting I make money from my blog. Google runs the adsense program which is easy to install on a blogger blog. These are the adverts you see on some websites.

Google does not make any charge for this type of blog so you can start this business for free. When the adsense adverts are shown in the page they are always on the right subject. This give you more chance of getting clicks on the page. The adverts are very much on topic and when a visitor clicks on one my adsense earnings are added to.

So I found my diet blog was now earning me a bit of money. It was only a few pence to start with but as time went on more visitors turned into more income. Just start with one blog to get used to the idea. You can run as many of these blogs as you want and they will earn you money as long as they have good content.
